Our inclusive retreat packages offer a range of activities to keep you active and moving, including Iyengar and Hatha yoga, Pilates, guided hiking and wild swimming. You can choose to take part in as much or as little as you like. It’s your holiday after all! There’s always a hammock with your name on it if you prefer.
We aim for this retreat to provide you with the opportunity to begin or restart daily yoga practice and witness the benefits of daily routine. Yoga is an ancient art of self-development used for thousands of years for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Our yoga teachers are able to support both newcomers and those who wish to deepen their practice. Each retreat is unique, and the twice-daily yoga classes are led by experienced teachers who are able to provide intensive support in a small group setting. Free time can be spent on a guided hike into our rugged mountain landscape. Enjoy a wander around medieval villages, river walks or a more challenging hike up to an ancient refuge, and enjoy a picnic with views from the snow-capped mountains to the glistening Mediterranean sea. Mountain biking opportunities are also readily available, with nearby electric and mountain bike hire.
We love to share our favourite wild swimming spots, from local river bathing for some cold water therapy to coastal gems for sea swims and maybe even some stand-up paddle-boarding or snorkelling.
