Our inclusive retreat packages offer a range of activities to keep you active and moving, including Iyengar and Hatha yoga, Pilates, guided hiking and wild swimming. You can choose to take part in as much or as little as you like. It’s your holiday after all! There’s always a hammock with your name on it if you prefer.
Our yoga retreats provide you with the opportunity to begin or restart daily yoga practice and feel the benefits of daily routine. Yoga is an ancient art of self-development used for thousands of years for physical, mental and spiritual well-being. Our yoga teachers are able to support both newcomers and those who wish to deepen their practice. Each retreat is unique, and the twice-daily yoga classes are led by experienced teachers who are able to provide intensive support in a small group setting. Free time can be spent on a guided hike into our breathtaking mountain landscape. And don't forget you can always extend your stay beyond the retreat days. Enjoy a wander around medieval villages, river walks or a more challenging hike up to an ancient refuge, and enjoy a picnic with views from the snow-capped mountains to the glistening Mediterranean sea. Mountain biking opportunities are also readily available, with nearby electric and mountain bike hire.
We love to share our favourite wild swimming spots, from local river bathing for some cold water therapy to coastal gems for sea swims, extensive coastal paths or perhaps you want to try some stand-up paddle-boarding or snorkelling.

FOREST BATHING (SHINRIN YOKU)
Together with daily yoga practice, our programme includes focussed breathwork, meditation and mindfulness practice. Daily meditation can be integrated with morning yoga practice or forest walking, as well as guided meditation, breathwork and forest bathing sessions.
Immersion in nature is recognised as one of the best ways to re-connect with inner stillness and can generate calmness, joy and creativity, whilst reducing anxiety and depression. The Japanese mindfulness practice of Shinrin-Yoku or forest bathing has been shown to improve our physical and mental well-being.
Breathwork or pranayama can be a profound and transformative practice that helps reduce acute stress responses within the body. The scientific evidence conclusively shows that conscious breathwork can help regulate your nervous system and improve physiological responses to stress. This includes helping to reduce blood pressure, as well as improving your mental clarity, physical performance and recovery.
Ice bathing or cold water exposure has been used as a healing method for many centuries. An ice bath can soothe muscles, reduce inflammation, improve breathing, and boost your mental health and healing.
